David Lund, Associate, joined KW Commercial Midwest in 2016, specializing in Office and Retail transactions throughout the Twin Cities Southeast market. David represents tenants and buyers throughout the real estate transaction, providing consultation on site selection, lease/purchase negotiation, construction management, to smoothly implement a relocation.
David assists Landlords/Sellers fill vacant space and provides consultation on increasing cash-flow. David incorporates a premier marketing plan designed specifically to each property he markets which increase the number of potential tenants and buyers who look at the properties which helps him fill vacant space and sell properties faster.

Since 2005, our team has transacted in excess of $500 Million worth of properties comprising more than 10 million square feet.
