Andy Manthei, Senior Director of Brokerage Services, joined KW Commercial Midwest in 2011 to lead the development and growth of the company’s new commercial division in the Twin Cities Metropolitan area. Andy specializes in the retail, office and industrial leasing and sales. Since 2003, Andy has transacted in excess of $130 million dollars worth of retail, office and industrial properties.
Andy represents both tenants and property owners throughout the lease and sale process. He works for both institutional and entrepreneurial clients and fully understands the complexities of the entire lease and sale process, ensuring his clients are completely satisfied.
Andy is with the AMK Properties | KW Commercial team. AMK Properties is a highly interconnected, collaborative team with over 50 years of commercial real estate experience. Since 2005, our team has transacted in excess of $500 Million worth of properties comprising more than 10 million square feet. Team specialties include the sale of investment property, acquisition and disposition, landlord and tenant representation, project leasing, and sale/lease negotiations. Andy is licensed in Minnesota.
