Anthony Passanante, Senior Associate, joined KW Commercial Midwest in 2012 to work with the investment services division. Mr. Passanante specializes in the sale of investment properties throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area, with an emphasis on multi-tenant retail centers.
Mr. Passanante represents both property owners and investors throughout the acquisition and disposition process, as well providing consultation, project leasing, site selection, and final sale/lease negotiations.
Anthony is with the AMK Properties | KW Commercial team. AMK Properties is a highly interconnected, collaborative team with over 50 years of commercial real estate experience. Since 2005, our team has transacted in excess of $500 Million worth of properties comprising more than 10 million square feet. Team specialties include the sale of investment property, acquisition and disposition, landlord and tenant representation, project leasing, and sale/lease negotiations.
