Pat Cropsey, Director of Commercial Real Estate, joined KW Commercial Midwest in 2010 to collaborate with other real estate professionals who were interested in providing top level services to their clients and who were willing to collaborate when appropriate in order to meet the varying needs of their clients. Since 1986 Pat has met the site location needs of many and varied clients. These clients have ranged from retail users to churches to investors and national developers. Pat has been involved with projects ranging in size from < acre to over 500 acres, valued at over $100 million dollars.
