Specializing in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Development Services, as well as Buyer-Tenant Representation in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area, and throughout Minnesota, I have over 25 years of experience related to commercial real estate. I have worn may hats along the way in my roles as a broker, as corporate real estate executive, as a consultant and as a commercial lender, and attorney. I have identified, evaluated, and secured expansion opportunities; formulated budgets and secured funding; negotiated leases and purchase agreements, and supervised property management, store planning and design, engineering and construction services. As a result, I know real estate.
I work with a wide range of clients including retail companies, tenants, owners, investors and entrepreneurs. I have an analytic perspective, leaning toward being proactive rather than reactive. I am a skilled negotiator and project manager, coordinating multiple resources from project start through completion. In the process, I have addressed such sensitive matters as historical preservation, environmental concerns, public financing and subsidies, eminent domain issues. and more. I can help in such matters as leasing, buy-sell transactions, and property development including negotiations, site selection, market research, feasibility and risk mitigation, plus due diligence activities and more.
