While at CBRE, David implemented a new disposition model, The Disposition Analysis and Sales Plan. Using the plan with one client, he was able to deliver services for 22 assignments worth $15.8M+/- in sales. Representative project results included $841,000 net savings by achieving 94.5% of list price; decreasing decommission costs and reducing holding costs by 75%.
