Chance brings his extensive background of working with leasing and property management of residential homes to the commercial side of the transaction. He guides tenants through the process of selecting property and negotiating the lease.
Because of his attention to detail and client relationships, Chance was able to lease over 250 homes to tenants. This client relationship experience is an essential skill when representing our commercial tenants. Chance knows the Twin Cities areas and has the tools available to research current market trends, demographics and traffic patterns.
Growing up in South Dakota, Chance had an early interest in investments and company portfolios. He studied Economics at the University of Wisconsin recently graduating with a B.A. degree.
After working with a national home rental company that specializes in acquiring, renovating, leasing and managing homes, Chance made the switch to commercial real estate. Tenants have been appreciative of his energetic, flexible and hardworking qualities and owners have been impressed with his attention to detail and knowledge of the market.
Chance’s leasing and client experience comes from closely working with a fastgrowing company within the single family rental industry. The company has rentals in four states and Chance was responsible for the marketing, showing and leasing of the properties.
Under the supervision of an experienced KW Commercial team of agents, Chance has shifted his interests to tenant representation and owner investments. He works diligently to find tenants the most economical space that fits their current business needs. He also works closely with business owners reviewing their property portfolios and evaluating their current return on investments.
