Bill represents buyers & sellers throughout the real estate transaction, providing consultation with ideas on increasing cash-flow, smoothly implementing 1031-Exchange options, as well as, “tax-favored” Exit Strategies.
As a lifelong real estate investor, understands the “hands-on & day-to-day” issues concerning Investment Property ownership. Bill brings his unique and personal experience when negotiating diverse real estate transaction.

Much of Mr. Petka’s professional career has been in the Insurance Industry, prior to transferring into the Real Estate Industry in 2000. He has been able to apply his sales and managerial experiences seamlessly, thus, allowing him to excel at helping his clients “Create a Vision” of what they want their real estate investments to do for them. His unique approach helps clients understand the who, what, why, when and where aspects of real property ownership; beginning with the “accumulation phase”, “expansion phase”, analyzing asset class advantages right through “tax-favored Exit Strategies” including: the options available, timeline and order of property disposition.
